Aveda’s men’s grooming line is filled with a handful of products that I really enjoy! Overall, Aveda has always been known for producing effective and great smelling products for the hair and skin.
So when they decided to create a male specific line it only made sense to also develop shaving products as well, right? The first one I tried was their Dual Action Aftershave.
Compared to other great aftershave balms on the market, this one really didn’t “wow” me… It’s a 2-in-1 so it also works as a moisturizer. However, I never felt any realistic calming effect. And as much as I like the botanical fragrances, this one lingered too long on my mustache. As a moisturizer, it did a little better. But also not very convincing in that category either.
