With the market flooded with tools designed to keep the our facial hair at bay, it can be a daunting task to choose the right one. The Panasonic ER-GB40 is a well thought out trimmer with basically all a bearded guy needs to get the job done. It can be used wet or dry, and with a straight forward adjustable dial for getting the right length. The comb guard can also be easily removed for sideburns and mustache maintenance.
However, if I was to choose one thing that kept me from giving this tool a 5-star rating, it would be me not being 100% satisfied with it’s power on a full charge. But, being a rechargeable trimmer it appears that this seems to be pretty consistent across the board with all brands in this category.
