I’m a HUGE advocate for using moisturizers. Not just for the face, but for your body as well! No matter the climate, your skin can use all the help it can get to look healthy and stay moist. Or like an old football buddy of mine would always say: “Lotion and moisturizer keeps you from looking ashy!” Yup, no argument there…
So,here’s a quick tip to guarantee that your face and body will get the results it needs from your moisturizers.
**Try applying your body lotion or face moisturizer when your skin is damp. One of the biggest misconceptions about moisturizer is that it “hydrates” the skin, says the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD). In reality, moisturizers help the skin retain its own moisture by “locking” moisture in. So the best time to slather on your hydrator is when your skin is still damp — in other words, within three minutes of your bath, shower, or washing your face.
If you haven’t already, give it a try!

very informative CTB…I will make sure to apply face lotion immediately after hydrating my face.
Glad I could help Neil!
For the morning face moisturizer, it is best to use one containing SPF. Especially in summer and warmer climates.
