In search of thicker hair?

Kick the Habit: Smoking is known to restrict blood flow and circulation in the scalp and hair follicles.

Better Diet: Give-up the fast foods, and make sure your diet includes vegetables, fish, and white meat to strengthen and promote growth of your hair follicles.

Vitamins: Iron, vitamin B3 (niacin), potassium, and inositol, are all important to healthy hair growth.

Relax: The most common reason for non-genetic hair loss is stress. So find a hobby that will allow a release.
